Happy Thursday Morning!
To see what it takes to act on what you decide, make a decision about something that is important to you, and consider it a sacred pledge you make to yourself.
Take a sheet of paper and write your decision at the top of the page.
Below, write down the limiting beliefs you will need to let go of to make your wish at reality.
Then divide the rest of the paper into two columns. In the left hand column, write down in more detail what you have decided, why you have decided this, and why the decision is so important to you.
Underneath, write down how your life will look if you make this decision a reality.
In the right hand column, write down how your life will look if you don’t make this decision, but continue to hold on to your old, limiting beliefs.
Put this paper in your journal, then look at it every Friday evening to see if your thoughts, choices, and actions during the week have supported your decision.
Do this for 7 weeks. Have you really made that decision?
