Please take a notebook and make an exhaustive list of everything that is working in your life.
You can make your list in the following categories:
Once you have your list ready; re-read the list and write against each item the specific feelings you have because that aspect of your life is still working.
Then rewrite each item as the full sentences. Your sentences could begin as follows:
